
Bread and Butter Pudding
This is described by Jon as being the best Bread and Butter Pudding – although he has been carrying this recipe around for a year and a half without cooking it, so maybe it isn’t. We’ll see!

Method
- Mix all of the ingredients apart from the butter together in a large bowl and leave for 15 minutes.
- Squeeze together the mixture, then stir in the melted butter.
- Tip into a greased lined dish. Sprinkle with a little demerera sugar and cook for 1.5 hours at gas mark 4 / 180 degrees C.
