Bytestart is carrying an article by Al Uszynski called “Steer clear of these 6 Persuasion Pitfalls“. It discusses negative language in the sales process and postivie or at least neutral alternatives. It makes me cringe to think of the number of times I have used, or been subject, to some of these.

Magical Jelly Bean Keyfinder
Another one of those utilities I use once in a blue moon, and then forget the name of; Magical Jelly Bean Keyfinder – this is the Beta version, which works with Vista & Office 2007 too.

ASCII Characters

SAP safe passage for TBC Corp (Tyres)
CRMchump has an article about SAP agreeing a deal with TCP Corporation for safe passage – it doesn’t say from which Peoplesoft platform, but it does note that they are proposing to use IS-Retail and POS for the dealerships. This gives me pause for thought regarding NBKS / Michelin.

Domesday 1986
I have found it – and it finally works – the 1986 Domesday Project rescued from laser disc and available on the web here.
Somewhere in there is an article written by Christopher as a child – I vaguely remember something about canals, but I haven’t found it yet.
